Premium plugins lose their license
Elementor Pro, WPML, Gravity Forms and other paid tools are often tied to your domain or account and quietly stop updating.
Website migration
Switching hosts shouldn't mean broken pages, lost emails, or a weekend of troubleshooting. Our team moves your whole website to PayRilla (content, files, plugins, themes and settings) and checks every piece before your visitors ever see its new home.
Why moves go wrong
Copying files from one server to another is the easy part. The trouble is everything that was quietly tied to the old host. These are the problems we look for before anything moves.
Elementor Pro, WPML, Gravity Forms and other paid tools are often tied to your domain or account and quietly stop updating.
Styles cached for the old server don't match the new one, so pages look wrong until they're rebuilt.
Email settings and mail connections that worked on the old host need to be reconnected and tested.
Firewalls and login protection written for the old server can block the new one, including you.
Caching files and hosting-company add-ons copied across can slow the new site down or break it outright.
Anything submitted on the old site during the move, from store orders to form entries, can fall through the gap.
Know before you go
Before moving day, our migration tool scans your site and the new hosting side by side, then builds a checklist of everything that needs attention, sorted into what to do before the move, what we handle during it, and what to finish after.
Everything comes with you
Every page, blog post, menu and widget, exactly as it is.
Your full media library, with every link to it still working.
Including premium ones, with a list of which need their license reactivated.
Your WordPress settings and plugin configuration, carried over intact.
Admin logins, team members and customer accounts, passwords included.
Products, orders and customers for WooCommerce stores.
Your old host's cache files, its hosting-company add-ons and its server configuration don't belong on the new server. Your site gets a clean, secure setup on PayRilla instead, so it starts fast and stays that way.
How it works
We connect to your current site with our migration plugin and scan everything: WordPress and PHP versions, database and file sizes, every plugin and theme, and the server itself. You get a clear report of what's involved.
We set up your new hosting with SSL, and let you know which licenses or account logins to have ready. If your site takes orders, we agree a quiet time for the move.
We copy your site to its new home and test it there: pages, forms, logins and checkout. Your current site stays live and untouched the whole time.
When everything checks out and you're happy, we point your domain to the new site. Visitors simply arrive at the new home.
We reconnect licenses and services, refresh page builder styles, and run final checks. Your old site stays where it was until you're sure.
Still yours
Stays registered where it is, in your name. We only update where it points.
Full cPanel and WordPress admin on the new host, plus one-click access from your dashboard.
Your old site stays untouched until you confirm the new one is right.
Questions
It depends on the size of your site and how many premium tools it uses. After the pre-move scan we'll give you a timeline, and we'll schedule the switch at a time that suits your business.
Your current site stays live while we copy and test the new one. The only change visitors see is the switch itself, when your domain starts pointing to the new host, and we keep that window as short as possible.
No. We handle the move. The one thing we may ask is for the logins to any premium plugins or themes, so we can reactivate them on the new site.
No. Your domain can stay with its current registrar. We only change the records that point it to your website.
If your email is hosted somewhere else, it isn't touched: we change only the web records and leave your email settings alone. If you'd like to move email to PayRilla too, we'll plan that as part of the move.
We schedule the switch for a quiet time and can pause new orders briefly while it happens, so no order falls through the gap between the old site and the new one.
Your old site stays exactly where it was until you confirm everything works, so there's always a way back while we fix it.
